The guitar is the first instrument I fell in love with.

We moved to Canada when I was four, and one of our new neighbours in Hockley was a musician. I remember feeling completely enchanted by the guitars in our neighbours’ home, and knowing that more than anything, I wanted to learn to play the electric guitar. I started asking my parents to buy me a guitar when I was five, and got my first guitar when I was nine.

In the four decades since, I’ve played guitar almost every day. These days I play my classical more than my beloved Tele, but my love for the instrument hasn’t changed in all the years.
